PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING USER REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE USER REFERRAL PROGRAM. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCES OF ALL THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Participant Acceptance and Termination
We can and will make all determinations regarding participation in the program. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason or no reason, to the extent permitted by law, upon written notice to you. Any written notices required or permitted to be given by DevCon hereunder may be delivered by email. By participating in the program, you consent to delivery of all program-related notices and information by email to the email address you have registered with and acknowledge that you have the necessary software to receive such emails.
Qualified Referrals
Qualified referrals must (i) be 18+ (ii) be new participant to DevCon: for purposes of the program, “new participant” includes either the employee from the same company of the person who has referred or can be from another organisation; “new participant” does not include either (1) a person or organisation who has already registered for DevCon 2022 (2) students from colleges ; (ii) satisfy all enrollment requirements; (iii) all 10/25/100 new participants enrol online by filling out a form on https://dev-con.dev/register page before March 25, 2022. Qualified referral participants are defined as the person who makes the 10/25/100 new participants register on https://dev-con.dev/register with their unique referral code generated by us. Unique referral code of that eligible participant should be entered by all 10/25/100 new participants while registering on https://dev-con.dev/register in order to make the referral successful. Qualified referral participants will be issued an exclusive Tee/Flask/ Amazon Voucher worth Rs.1000/- from DevCon or.. By participating in the program, you agree that we shall make the final determination as to whether any referral meets all requirements to be considered a qualified referral. They are subject to change without notice to you by updating the information on the https://dev-con.dev/privacy-policy-2/ page. We are not obligated to, and will not release to you the reasons why a particular referral has not been deemed a qualified referral.
